⚡️ The Intentional Use of “Liberation
While the primary focus will be on transforming your relationship with ADHD, this program recognizes that our ADHD experiences don't exist in isolation but are shaped by interconnected systems —— including neuronormativity (the idea that there is one ‘right’ way for brains & minds to exist), capitalism, white supremacy and other oppressive ideologies —— that define what kinds of minds are considered "normal" or "valuable.”
We aim to move beyond both fully deficit based thinking (adhd is a disorder needing to be fixed) as well as denial of disability experiences (adhd is just a super power).
⚡️ COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS
In this space we:
- Hold nuance, complexity and contradictions
- Respect everyone's identities, pronouns and experiences
- Approach differences with curiosity rather than judgment
- Acknowledge we're all at different learning stages
- See everyones humanity first and foremost
- Create space for authentic sharing and growth
- Do not tolerate bigotry or harmful behavior
- Honor confidentiality
We are anti-racist, anti-ableist, pro-LGBTQIA+, pro-immigrant, and pro-bodily autonomy. We stand against all forms of oppression and discrimination.

A: The live calls will likely be too big to get to every person every time, but i will do my best to get to as many people as possible. you will definitely get individual attention in the chat. a huge benefit of group is learning from and through other peoples experiences and coaching.
Q: And for the #1 question i get, "I've signed up for many programs and haven't followed through. what if I don't follow through with this one?
A: said every adhder ever, join the club. Honestly, i can't promise you that you will follow through, but here's what i can tell you: i will do my best to make it adhd friendly through reminders, cal invites, zero shame if you fall behind & gentle accountability. you will be so held, so encouraged & so supported. you can either let that fear (which i get can be grounded in past experience) guide your decision or you can take a risk. i say it's worth the risk, but i trust you to make the right decision for yourself.
