METAMORPHOSIS MAY BE FOR YOU IF:
--- You have or suspect you have ADHD
--- You are a visionary, creative or entrepreneur and/or are overall super excited about exploring what your most aligned life looks like and ready to start creating it
--- These topics excite you: exploring our stories + shame, radical acceptance & compassion, values & visioning, play/fun/hobbies, prioritizing, time management & taking aligned action
--- You are looking to be in a tight knit community of 6 , and committed to giving & receiving support on live calls and in the online group
--- You are craving validation and understanding AND willing to be lovingly challenged with consent
METAMORPHOSIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
-- Trauma or mental health support is your #1 need right now. If it is, I recommend therapy instead. This doesn't mean you can't have trauma or don't experience mental health challenges (hello, we’re ADHDers and humans), just that they are being or have been addressed separately and you are in a space of being ready to show up and take action.
--- You are not open to doing your best to be flexible to find a time that works for all 6-8 community members (meaning, you’re willing to potentially have to settle for a time that may not be your #1 choice).
--- You are not willing to learn and respect people's pronouns
--- You do not understand and respect that we will all be coming with many different identities and lived experiences and are not open to a conversation about accountability & conflict resolution if harm occurs by me, you, or another community member
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
--- 13 live small group coaching calls (2~ hours each)
--- 8+ weeks of exclusive course content in video and written form available in Mighty Networks
--- A private & intimate online group for in between calls where you can ask questions, give & receive support, share wins, share struggles, etc. (like a FB group but on Mighty Networks)
